introducing felix, my buddy for the trip.. onboard the A380, seriously, it was not as "wow" as i thought it would be..
transit from sydney international to domestic airport
and we took this PINK quantas aircraft..
aerial view of part of sydney..
compare that with the ranges of tamworth..
so after we touched down, we were sent to our accomodation area, which was about a 5 mins drive away.. now to look at my room..
the cupboard, which was just behind the door of the room.. pretty spacious ain't it?

my desk, after i've unpacked..
the bed and the table and chairs..
the shower+ small bath tub..
the open area outside our block.. notice the height of the trees in comparison with the cars..
another thing to note is the sky doesn't have any clouds? that's why it's a good place to learn to fly..
on the first "book-out" we went to town, and on request, the duty officer drove us to a hardware shop. couldn't the owner come up with another name? lol
along the streets, we saw a great dane.. scooby doobee doo~
and some interesting vehicles u wouldn't see on the streets of singapore..
monster-truck come and go..

somewhere on the 2nd week we had a course commander's dinner, and we went to some italian restaurant called vespa.. see the painting?

they were short-handed and kept us waiting for a long time, so when the food came we just tucked in without taking any pictures.. i do have pics of some deserts though.. forgot their names but well.. enjoy..
